Apparatus for the two-stage filtration of cold coffee, Rev. B
Lab-notebook plate of a wall-mounted cold-brew tower: a 1 L perforated-plate funnel with a mesh disc drains through a Vigreux column into a 125 mL separatory funnel, which meters coffee into a 500 mL funnel with a paper disc over a 1 L round-bottom flask under gentle vacuum. Printed yokes on two dowel posts, cleat-hung backboard.
